Maintenance

One of the most important things you can do for an air conditioning system or a heating system is to keep it clean. Cleaning pays for itself - equipment is cheaper to operate, the air is cooler/hotter, and the equipment lasts longer.

Equipment manufacturers mandate that equipment be professionally serviced at least once a year to validate the warranty. Based on how hard your air conditioning or heating system works, Hood Canal Heating & Cooling Inc recommends twice a year Preventive Maintenance Agreements.
